These terms govern your use of ingeniumcreatus.com. Software we publish is licensed separately — see section 4.

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Ingenius LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as Ingenium Creatus, of 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, DE 19901, United States. "We" and "us" mean Ingenius LLC. By using this website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using this website

You may read, print, and link to these pages freely. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system
• use the site in any way that damages it, disables it, or interferes with anyone else's use of it
• scrape or reproduce it systematically in order to build a competing or derivative service
• use it for anything unlawful

3. Our content

All text, design, code, logos, and other material on this site is owned by Ingenius LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. "Ingenium Creatus" and "Ingenius" are our trading names. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; anything more needs our written permission.

4. Our software

Apps and services we publish are licensed to you, not sold. Each has its own licence terms:

• Software obtained from the Apple App Store is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, except where we publish our own end user licence agreement for that product, which then takes precedence.
• Software or services obtained directly from us are governed by the terms presented at the point of purchase or sign-up.

Where a product's own terms conflict with these terms, that product's terms govern that product.

5. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information.

6. No warranty on this website

This website is provided as it is and as it is available. We take reasonable care over its accuracy but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or uninterrupted, and nothing on it is professional advice you should act on without checking. Anything describing work we do is a description, not an offer or a guarantee of results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingenius LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of this website, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with this website is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with its effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
