This policy explains what Ingenius LLC does with personal information. It covers this website, ingeniumcreatus.com, and the apps and services we publish. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from anyone else's server, and collects nothing about you. Our apps collect only what they need to work. We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
Ingenius LLC is a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States, trading as Ingenium Creatus. For the purposes of data protection law we are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

ingeniumcreatus.com is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no comment system, and no contact form — the addresses on this site are ordinary email links. Specifically:
If you write to us, we keep your message, your email address, and our reply so we can deal with the matter and refer back to it later. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Mail is hosted by our email provider on our behalf.
Different products need different information. Where an app collects anything beyond what is described here, it ships with its own privacy notice, linked from its App Store listing and available inside the app. Across every product we hold to the following:
Purchases and subscriptions made inside an iOS app are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred and its status; we never receive your payment card details.
We use a small number of third parties to run the business — website hosting, email, payment processing, and error reporting. They process personal information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. We do not authorise them to use it for their own purposes.
We are based in the United States and our providers are largely US-based, so information you give us will be processed in the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area we rely on the appropriate safeguards permitted by law, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Wherever you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You may also object to our processing it or ask us to restrict it.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights come from the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you may complain to your national supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising a right.
To exercise any of this, email legal@ingeniumcreatus.com. We respond within 30 days and will not charge you for it.
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to legal@ingeniumcreatus.com and we will delete it.
We encrypt data in transit, keep access to production systems limited to those who need it, and hold as little personal information as a product can function with. No system is perfectly secure, but that principle — collect less — is the strongest protection we can offer you.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for any change that materially affects your rights, tell you directly where we have a way to reach you. Earlier versions are available on request.
